We offer a variety of services to our members such as Child Care, Basketball Courts, an Indoor Golf Range, Women's Only Workout Area/Weight Room, a variety of Aerobic Classes, a MMA studio, as well as a pilates studio.
Featuring over 80 Pieces of cardio equipment, Grand Island also features Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, and Free Motion Machines. We also have a large selection of Free Weights and Plate Loaded Machines.
